Coffee shops, restaurants and more within a 15min walk in every direction. If you'd like to access the transit, stops are right around the corner or stroll down to Christie station for subway. The street is treelined and family friendly, a quiet getaway near downtown. Getting around this location is easy and convenient. You're just minutes from major routes like Highway 401 making travel across Toronto convenient. Public transit is also nearby, with access to TTC and GO Transit for commuters or those without a car. As well, Uber and Lyft are popular options. Local amenities, grocery stores, and restaurants are a short walk, drive or quick ride away. Whether you're heading downtown, visiting nearby towns, or exploring local parks and shopping centres, everything you need is within easy reach. ✅ A Few Helpful Notes for Your Stay To ensure everyone has a comfortable experience, I kindly ask that guests treat the space with the same care and respect as they would their own home. Out of consideration for my neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum—especially during evening hours. While you're welcome to relax and unwind, parties and events are not permitted. 🚫 Please note that smoking, vaping, or the use of cannabis is not allowed inside the suite. 🕚 Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 📋 After booking, you’ll need to complete a short guest registration form—it only takes a minute. 🌡️ AC and Heating is provided and managed by the building — it's reliable and keeps the space comfortable. For added flexibility, guests are welcome to use the space heater and portable fan located in the laundry room. 🚗 The unit does not have dedicated parking, but there is street-permit parking —and the neighbourhood is incredibly walkable. Plus, public transit is nearby, making it easy to explore the city without the hassle of driving. 🧻 To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials at the beginning of your stay — including items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish pods, etc. Please note that we do not replenish these items during your stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby stores for easy restocking. 🚨 In the event of an emergency, dial 911 for police, fire, or ambulance services.
