The company was built on a simple principle: if you're entrusted with managing someone's property, manage it properly. That means employing every team member directly, keeping operations local, and building the kind of company we would trust with our own homes.
Why We Built HSG This Way
Many property management companies rely heavily on outsourcing — from guest communications to housekeeping to maintenance coordination. Pricing is often automated and left largely unattended.
