Out of consideration for my neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum—especially during evening hours. While you're welcome to relax and unwind, parties and events are not permitted. 🚫 Please note that smoking, vaping, or the use of cannabis and tobacco is not allowed inside the home. 🕚 Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 📋 After booking, you’ll need to complete a short guest registration form—it only takes a minute. 🧻 To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials at the beginning of your stay — including items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish pods, etc. Please note that we do not replenish these items during your stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby stores for easy restocking. 🚨 In the event of an emergency, dial 911 for police, fire, or ambulance services. The emergency exit route is out the front door. Please note that the backyard furnishings are not set up from December to May (Winter). This is the upper unit of a duplex. Please note that we have a quiet, long-term tenant residing in the lower level. They have their own separate entrance and backyard space. Quiet hours must be respected.
