Out of consideration for my neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum—especially during evening hours. While you're welcome to relax and unwind, parties and events are not permitted. 🏠 Please be considerate —quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am, including laundry time. 🚶Please avoid using outdoor shoes inside the house. 🚫 Please note that smoking, vaping, or the use of cannabis is not allowed inside the house. 🕚 Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 📋 After booking, you’ll need to complete a short guest registration form—it only takes a minute. 🧻 To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials at the beginning of your stay — including items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish pods, etc. Please note that we do not replenish these items during your stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby stores for easy restocking. 🚨 In the event of an emergency, dial 911 for police, fire, or ambulance services. The emergency exit route is out the front door. ❄️ From the first snowfall to March 30th, A snow removal service will be provided, with a trigger of 4 cm of snow on the ground. When that trigger is activated, they will clean the driveway, walkway and main entrance. I want you to fully enjoy your stay—these simple rules help ensure a great experience for everyone.
