The area is highly walkable and ideal for both business travellers and visitors looking to experience the convenience and excitement of downtown living. The nearby waterfront trails and harbourfront area also provide a great balance of city energy and outdoor space. Getting around from this downtown Toronto location is exceptionally easy. The building is just steps from Union Station, providing quick access to TTC subway lines, GO Transit, the UP Express to Pearson Airport, and VIA Rail connections. The neighbourhood is highly walkable, with many of Toronto’s top attractions, restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and waterfront destinations all reachable on foot — you truly do not need a car to enjoy this area. You’ll also be close to Toronto’s PATH underground pedestrian network — a vast system of indoor walkways connecting office towers, shopping, restaurants, transit, and major downtown landmarks, making it especially convenient to navigate the city year-round. Streetcars, bike share stations, Uber, and taxis are all readily available nearby, while easy access to the Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Boulevard makes travelling throughout Toronto simple if needed. ✅ A Few Helpful Notes for Your Stay To ensure everyone has a comfortable experience, I kindly ask that guests treat the space with the same care and respect as they would their own home. Out of consideration for my neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum—especially during evening hours. While you're welcome to relax and unwind, parties and events are not permitted. 🚫 This is a strictly non-smoking suite — that includes tobacco, cannabis, and vaping. The building enforces some of the most stringent no-smoking rules in the city. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the balcony under any circumstances. 🕚 Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 📋 After booking, you’ll need to complete a short guest registration form—it only takes a minute. Travel Tip: 🛬 Flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport? I highly recommend the UP Express train. It’s a smooth 25-minute ride to Union Station with free WiFi onboard. From there, it’s just a quick walk or few minute Uber or taxi ride to the building—super convenient and a great way to skip city traffic! 🏋️‍♂️ There’s GoodLife Fitness Gym down the street. It's a great option for guests looking to stay active during their visit. Be sure to check the GoodLife website — they often offer complimentary workout passes for new visitors! 🚗 If you require parking, you’ll find several public lots conveniently located nearby. That said, a car isn’t necessary to enjoy your stay — the neighbourhood is incredibly walkable, with countless shops, cafes, and attractions just steps away. Plus, public transit is nearby, making it easy to explore the city without the hassle of driving. 📦 Please note that the property is not set up to receive mail, packages, or courier deliveries for short-term rental guests. If you need to receive a package during your stay, you’re welcome to use a nearby Canada Post office or a Penguin Pickup location — both are convenient alternatives. 🍔 For food delivery services (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.), kindly meet your driver outside the main front entrance, as building access cannot be granted to delivery personnel. 🗓️ If you're planning an extended stay of 4 months or longer, feel free to reach out before booking. In some cases, I may be able to register you with the building to allow for mail and delivery access. 🧻 To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials at the beginning of your stay — including items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish pods, etc. Please note that we do not replenish these items during your stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby stores for easy restocking. 🚨 In the event of an emergency, dial 911 for police, fire, or ambulance services. The emergency exit route is through the front door and down the building’s stairwells. Please do not use the elevator during an emergency.
