While parking options are available nearby, a car is not necessary to enjoy this location. A Few Helpful Notes for Your Stay To ensure everyone has a comfortable experience, I kindly ask that guests treat the space with the same care and respect as they would their own home. Out of consideration for my neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum—especially during evening hours. While you're welcome to relax and unwind, parties and events are not permitted. Kindly note that there is another tenant on the top floor. Please note that smoking, vaping, or the use of cannabis is not allowed inside the suite. After booking a short guest registration form must be completed. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. After booking, you’ll need to complete a short guest registration form—it only takes a minute. If you require parking, there is street permit parking in the area. To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials at the beginning of your stay — including items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish pods, etc. Please note that we do not replenish these items during your stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby stores for easy restocking. In the event of an emergency, dial 911 for police, fire, or ambulance services. The emergency exit route is through the front door and down the building’s stairwells. Please do not use the elevator during an emergency. Heating is provided and managed by the building — it's reliable and keeps the space comfortable. For added flexibility, guests are welcome to use the space heater located in the laundry room.
