After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive check in instructions via the Airbnb platform two days prior to your arrival. Walk to many places in the city from this amazing location - the condo is close to most major attractions in the city. Public transit is right down the street with the Spadina streetcar running every few minutes day and night. Jump on the streetcar and within minutes of another great area of the city. Uber and Lyft are popular modes of transportation in the city as well. Feeling energetic? Toronto Bike Share bikes are just down the street - see Toronto by bicycle! Enjoy! ✅ A Few Helpful Notes for Your Stay To ensure everyone has a comfortable experience, I kindly ask that guests treat the space with the same care and respect as they would their own home. Out of consideration for my neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum—especially during evening hours. While you're welcome to relax and unwind, parties and events are not permitted. 🚫 Please note that smoking, vaping, or the use of cannabis is not allowed inside the suite. 🕚 Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 📋 After booking, you’ll need to complete a short guest registration form—it only takes a minute. Travel Tip: 🛬 Flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport? I highly recommend the UP Express train. It’s a smooth 25-minute ride to Union Station with free WiFi onboard. From there, it’s just a quick 5-minute Uber or taxi to the building—super convenient and a great way to skip city traffic! 🏋️‍♂️ There’s GoodLife Fitness Gym in the downtown area. It's a great option for guests looking to stay active during their visit. Be sure to check the GoodLife website — they often offer complimentary workout passes for new visitors! 🚗 If you require parking, you’ll find several public lots conveniently located nearby. That said, a car isn’t necessary to enjoy your stay — the neighbourhood is incredibly walkable, with countless shops, cafes, and attractions just steps away. Plus, public transit is nearby, making it easy to explore the city without the hassle of driving. 📦 Please note that the property is not set up to receive mail, packages, or courier deliveries for short-term rental guests. If you need to receive a package during your stay, you’re welcome to use a nearby Canada Post office or a Penguin Pickup location — both are convenient alternatives. 🍔 For food delivery services (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.), kindly meet your driver outside the main front entrance, as building access cannot be granted to delivery personnel. 🗓️ If you're planning an extended stay of 4 months or longer, feel free to reach out before booking. In some cases, I may be able to register you with the building to allow for mail and delivery access. 🧻 To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials at the beginning of your stay — including items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish pods, etc. Please note that we do not replenish these items during your stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby stores for easy restocking. 🚨 In the event of an emergency, dial 911 for police, fire, or ambulance services. The emergency exit route is through the front door and down the building’s stairwells. Please do not use the elevator during an emergency.
