Please Note: This studio is located on the second floor of a small 4-unit building. You’ll need to climb a few steps to enter the building and another short staircase to reach the unit. While the property is generally quiet, some sound may travel between units. With downtown only about 15 minutes away, this is a place that offers both convenience and community without sacrificing charm. • Hop on the historic streetcar running along the main avenue to reach downtown in under 30-35 minutes. • Several bus routes run through the neighbourhood connecting to subway stations on Line 2. • Easy access to major routes like the Gardiner Expressway and Don Valley Parkway for car travel. • Dedicated bike lanes and the nearby waterfront trail make cycling a scenic, practical option. • Rideshare or taxi services are plentiful, especially for late-night returns or early departures. Other Things to Note: Hosting gatherings or events is not permitted. I kindly request that you treat my home with the same consideration and care as you would your own, ensuring the unit is returned in its original condition, excluding laundry and general housekeeping. Please be mindful of my neighbours by refraining from excessive noise after hours. Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is strictly prohibited within the unit.
