Capacity can be increased to 12 depending on the length of stay, please inquire. Games Room is in the workroom in the basement with a lower ceiling. This is a luxury cottage and for that reason only responsible, mature guests will be accepted. All guests must register with the local property managers including providing names and ages of all guests and abide by community rules. License plates of vehicles must be provided as well to security and no extra vehicle or guests are allowed beyond those in the reservation. The 6th bedroom is not included with the rental due to regulations in the county of maximum guest count. Please inquire in advance if you need the extra bedroom.
